The toy industry in Brazil has the desperate index of 70% of the product to be imported because there are no companies with enough force to cover the manufacture of licensed toys. The demand is so great that the volumes consume all production and logistics capability, and margins would be very small, with severe penalties from the big monopolies of marketing.

To get an idea of the marketing skills of the toy market, just look at three indicators:

  • In Brazil is performed the largest toy fair in the world
  • In each "mall" of the great capitals there are about 5 to 10 toy stores
  • Between the two major chain stores they have more than 250 stores nationwide.

With these indicators, there is a clear need for new manufacturers entering the market for the disposal of the high demand, which is very seasonal between the child's day and Christmas.
